The Resource Squad’s Founder and Managing Director Joe Jackson has developed HR Departments and Systems from scratch for a variety of small businesses. He has also led the HR for large, multi-location companies that employed thousands in various industries and states.
Joe believes that human resources should never lose the “human” touch. He created the Resource Squad as a way to offer small businesses the same resources that large corporations offer to their employees.
